What?! You are asking – What are Stamps.com’s NetStamps? You don’t have even the slightest idea what they are? Well, you are missing out if you don’t know what these NetStamps are. You see, NetStamps are Stamps.com’s most popular product!

NetStamps allow you to choose the exact postage value to cater to your exact postage needs and demands. YES, that means these NetStamps don’t have any date or address restrictions. You can use them on any sort of domestic or international mail. It’s very simple to use – you can print them on demand or you can print them now and use them later. What could be simpler than that?!

So how do you grab hold of these ever popular and very useful NetStamps from Stamps.com? Very simple – just follow the instructions I have below.

First, of course, you need to log in to your Stamps.com account and locate the STAMPS tab. After that, looking at the Postage Details section, you just have to enter the postage value for each stamp…or you can have Stamps.com do the grunt work. It will calculate the amount of postage that you need and all you have to do is input the mail piece, the weight, as well as the mail class. This is perfect for printing stamps on demand.

Now, onto the Print Details section, you just have to enter the first six digits of the Serial Number. This, by the way, can be found at the lower left corner of the label. When you do this, the Serial Number will be the same for every label that you print on each sheet or roll of labels.
After that, you just have to enter the number of stamps that you want printed or you can select ALL.

Next, you just place your NetStamps label sheets in your printer and click PRINT…and you will have sheets of NetStamps in minutes. To make sure that you have loaded the sheet correctly and to make sure that your printer is set up the right way, it is advisable that you print out a sample first…the test form. You can easily do this by clicking on PRINT SAMPLE button.

Lastly, if you are printing NetStamps that have Address Labels, all you have to do is key in the address that you want to print in the return address field.

When you are loading and feeding your labels, you just need to keep 3 reminders in mind to make sure that you have fanned the label sheets before they are loaded in the paper tray. Also, keep in mind that the corners should be smooth and not bent. Along with that, you should adjust the paper alignment guide for every sheet of label.

Rest assured, all of the labels have been designed and tweaked to work easily with most inkjet and laser printers found in the market.

Applying the labels are even easier! All you have to do is peel and apply your NetStamps label to the top right edge (again, that’s on the top right edge) of your mail piece. Apply your delivery or return address label (depends if its required). And you choose how you want it delivered. You can drop it in your mailbox, hand it over to your letter carrier, or you can even schedule a FREE carrier pick up!

Allows you to print postage without any restrictions on addresses or dates, can be used where a regular stamp is acceptable (no matter what the class – domestic or international), and best of all, allows you to save money by printing the exact value and number of stamps you need…there’s nothing more you can ask from NetStamps.

So when someone asks you – What are Stamps.com’s NetStamps? You should know what to tell them!
